NSCC wins TAF award
Our long-standing client, NSCC (National Specialist Contractors Council) fought off competition from four major trade associations to win the Electronic Communication Award at the Trade Association Forum (TAF) Best Practice Awards on 29 July.
Introducing the Builder's Profile is a smart and user-friendly eBrochure designed to promote a solution to the problem of pre-qualification in the construction industry. It provides information on this key issue at the touch of a button and has dramatically increased awareness of the Builder's Profile service. NSCC believes that the eBrochure represents the start of a new era for communication with businesses of all sizes in the construction industry and this is recognised by its success at the TAF Awards.
Suzannah Nichol MBE, NSCC Chief Executive, said, “We are very proud to have won this award. Being able to communicate with over 7,000 Specialist Contractors in a way that is efficient, cost effective, and most importantly gets the information across in an easy to understand format is vital to our business. Feedback on the eBrochure has been excellent and we will be rolling the format out for a range of documents over the coming months.”
Switch first worked with NSCC in 2005 on the design and implementation of their corporate identity programme. Subsequent projects have addressed the organisation's websites, microsites, literature and membership materials, as well as bespoke database design and programming.
